The Faysal Box
This was one of the first builds I did with my dad when starting out with all this stuff. My friend Faysal (hence the name) saw this video and wanted the same thing so I downloaded the schematics provided in the description and we got to building. It sounds pretty cool but when you add effects to it is when you really get something good out of it.
Here are some images showing each step in regards to putting it in a case. Back then I did not think of showing the build process in detail as I never imagined I would end up putting it online but the documentation available is worth showing. I had the box lying around in case a project like this came up so it was nice to put it to use.
The effects in the video after the slide show come from Ableton Live 9 Intro.
